Returns/exchanges:
Offer 1: Orders placed with 'Offer 1' can be returned or exchanged subject to our usual returns policy. Exchanged orders will keep their free gift, but Returned orders will forfeit their free gift.
Offer 2: Orders placed with 'Offer 2' can be returned ONLY IF the Mini Disc Charm is not personalised. Both the Lucky Charm and Mini Disc Charm must be returned.
If the Mini Disc Charm is personalised, only exchanges will be accepted for the Lucky Charm product.
