Not big enough to fit where a conch piercing is located, wasted my money, not happy!

Hi Roxanne,
Thanks for getting in touch! The ear cuff is adjustable so you can open it up to fit the middle part of your ear. To get it on, we also recommend sliding it on from the thinnest part of your cartilage at the top of your ear, and then pulling it down to the middle of the ear where a 'conch' piercing would sit.

If you're having any issues, feel free to get in touch and we can send through some more instructions. However, we understand that not all ears are made the same and if it doesn't work for you, you can always return it for a refund. :)
